We have representatives in all states. You may email or call for a referral. We are a wholesale company and no longer offer services directly to customers.

Do I pick out colors and types of wedding flowers?

We primarily offer pre-made arrangements. We have hundreds of rental arrangements available in many colors. Renting pre-made designs is approximately 50% less than purchasing. Renting custom designs is not very much of a savings over purchasing and we offer that service for clients with larger budgets. If you choose custom designs, you can select from many colors and flower types. Speak with your local representative and show them what you like and we will all work together to make your dreams come true.

 

Do you provide the bridal bouquet as well as the wedding party bouquets?

I plan to carry fresh personal flowers. May I simply rent the decorations without renting personal flowers?

A few of our clients choose to carry fresh personal flowers. Then to have a more beautiful wedding, the decorations for the ceremony and reception may be rented in many colors. Some of our clients start out thinking they will use fresh personal bouquets to carry, but when they realize how authentic our acrylic products look plus the ease of working with Flowers For Rent, they change their mind and rent or purchase their bridal bouquet and other personal flowers.

 

Do you sell flowers as well as rent?

You may purchase individual flowers and finished bouquets. Prices of finished bouquets are in the description text for each bouquet. Call or email for prices of individual flowers. The most commonly purchased bouquets are bridal bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages and centerpieces. These high-end permanent botanicals cost more to purchase than fresh flowers because the single stems are costly.

 

Am I able to see the finished product before I commit to renting from you?

Choose the option that works best for you. Option 1: See photos on our website and realize you can trust our talented designers to make something beautiful for you. This is how it works with your local fresh florist.
Option 2: Rent one bouquet for a week or a month so you can experience Flowers For Rent service.
Option 3: Send or email photos of bouquets you've admired to your consultant. Your consultant has a sample to show you.
As our staff prepares your flower bouquets for shipment, we will email one photo of one bouquet of your choice for you to see if you have placed a custom order. Additional photos of your own custom bouquets are $35.00 each.

 

How long in advance do I need to place an order?

Our clients are handled on a first come first served basis. We are able to do 30 large events per month. If by the time you order, most of the items are already reserved, we will assist you in selecting from the remaining stock. Ordering 6 to 12 months in advance is advised.

 

What is the shipping policy?

We combine items in shipping containers to maximize the available space. The shipping quoted is round-trip covering the shipping expense both to you and returning to us.

What is the payment policy?

To reserve the date and rental wedding bouquets of your choice, pay in full with a personal check or credit card through your local representative. Once this is paid, it is non-refundable because we immediately take those items off the market for 6 weeks (three weeks prior and three weeks following your event). It takes our designers a significant amount of time to customize the flowers for each wedding. That, combined with up to 3 weeks round trip in transit and up to one week in your possession is the reason for the non-refundable provision.

 

Do you charge a security deposit?

We will hold a credit card number until the arrangements have been returned in good condition. This is the same when working with any rental company.

 

What methods may I use to make payment?

Payment may be made by personal check, money order or Visa/MasterCard.

 

Is there any brochure or other policy information that can be sent to me that would be helpful?

How do we get the flowers and how do we send them back to you?

We do weddings and other events all over the United States. Our headquarters are in Washington State and thanks to UPS guaranteed, insured, trackable delivery, we've successfully delivered on every event. You will receive the bouquets in cardboard boxes three to four days before your event. After the event, repackage the bouquets as you received them. We will call UPS to schedule a pick-up and bring the boxes back to us. Shipping is prepaid, so the returns are unbelievably easy. Shipping is typically to your local representative.

 

How difficult are the bouquets to setup?

The bouquets are very easy to set up and move around for photos. The bouquets will come to you labeled with what they are. If you wish to hire a decorator, we recommend you contact your local representative to assist you. In all states, we have contacts and can make recommendations.
